Project description

We are a startup with a strong mission: to study, understand, and develop the best tools for building cohesive teams and aligning them with corporate objectives and culture. To achieve this, we’ve developed Zhu—a gamified SaaS platform designed to fulfill this mission. On Zhu, team members share successes, ideas, discoveries, anecdotes, and respond to weekly challenges—all linked directly to the company’s strategic and cultural goals. We leverage AI to power a robust moderation and recommendation engine, and to deliver deep insights by analyzing the weak signals within your organizational culture—across all teams.

Solution(s) brought by the project

  • The platform enables collaborators to share successes, ideas, and discoveries—key elements for gaining deeper insights into other teams’ actions and strengthening overall cohesion. When it comes to corporate culture, we believe in a three-step process: Understand. Observe. Act. First, each team member must understand what the company culture truly means to them. Next, they observe it in practice through the behaviors of their colleagues. Finally, they’re encouraged to embody and apply it themselves. Zhu brings this process to life—making corporate culture more visible, actionable, and impactful than ever before.

Project need(s)

  • The sales. This could include participating in sales workshops and meeting prospects during events. Ideally, we would connect with CEOs and HR Directors of large companies, as well as SMEs with over 20 employees.
