Mind & Market offers the opportunity to carry out your internship (within the framework of your studies only) in the organizing team of the Louvain-la-Neuve forum!
Behind the organization of the Mind & Market forum is a team of people motivated by the connection between entrepreneurs and the market. Every year, this team is looking for new talents to take up the challenge of organizing the forum in Louvain-la-Neuve! The objective is to welcome an intern who can really take part, with the whole team, in the preparation, implementation, and debriefing of the Mind & Market event.
An internship at the crossroads of events and entrepreneurship
An internship at Mind & Market is, above all, a rich experience in event planning but also a unique opportunity to explore the entrepreneurial world.
Indeed, Mind & Market forum offer interns the possibility to discover and to build a solid experience in the event planning sector. Moreover, since the objective of the forum is to help entrepreneurs meet the market, the Mind & Market team must also be in permanent contact with the Walloon entrepreneurial ecosystem. This contact with the entrepreneurial world is especially valuable and also allows the trainee to develop their network.
Get some challenging responsibilities
We are keen to integrate young talents within the team behind the event in order to offer them a unique event experience. The trainee will be supported in different tasks by a member of the team. Indeed, we wish to give the student a sense of responsibility while offering him/her a friendly work environment.
As soon as the student is implicated in the organization of the event, their tasks will be multiple and varied. Among these, the intern will, for example, be asked to :
- Participate in the contact with the partners;
- Ensure the smooth running of the event;
- Take charge of the organization of an activity;
- Support other projects of the organization;

Finally, what better way to do an internship in an entrepreneurial environment than to be an entrepreneur? As part of the internship, the intern is also asked to bring his or her personal touch by innovating and proposing things. For example, in 2019, Rouzmeri, our intern at the time, made an incredible after-movie that we invite you to discover right above ! Her colleague Dounia set up and managed speed meetings between executives of leading companies in Wallonia and start-ups. Lastly, Caroline imagined and set up the first season of the Mind & Market saga, a series of videos featuring start-ups aiming at inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
