We simplify property management saving time to Landlords and Property Managers by: automating tasks like rent collection, lease agreements e-signatures, in-cloud storage, maintenance and communications management, and much more.
Issue addressed by the project
Still today, property management is done with pen and paper, at most with Excel. RoomMate automates the daily rental management operations and processes. Our uniqueness relies on the combination of a Web Application for Landlords and a Mobile App for each Tenant. Thanks to this mix, we automate ent collection, lease agreements e-signatures, in-cloud storage, maintenance and communications management.
