Project description
We are optimizing space by letting any individual to lend their space as a working space. This includes the average citizen lending his home office or the bigger business lending its offices.
Issue addressed by the project
Bruxelles had the highest growth in work from home percentage among European regions in 2020. Renting an office space is expensive and because of the office exodus, the percentage of empty offices is growing steadily, making individual pay for space they are not actively using.
Solution(s) brought by the project
