Burnouts, disengagement turnover & absenteeism are on the rise Psychosocial risks assessments are expensive & leave employees disconnected from their organisation No easy way exists to get a 360° overview of your teams’ wellbeing levels > CEOs & HRs currently try to address the problem as they can but it's expensive, time-consuming, slow, rigid and only addresses a fraction of the problem.
