Tech-Lead As-a-Service aims to help start-ups & scale-ups by taking care of the Tech part of their solution for them. For this, Tech-Lead-As-a-Service proposes 3 packages: 1) Right-Hand: You would like to create your digital solution but have no idea how to do it. You need someone that will take charge of this, from the architecture of your solution to the management of your development team, taking decisions hand-to-hand with you and keeping you informed about how the development is going on. 2) Tech Lead: You already developed your digital solution but you're facing difficulties to deliver new features efficiently. You need someone to help you structuring your project, fluidifying your development processes, ... 3) Swiss-Knife: You need a tech expertise on different levels of your company and/or your product. You're facing multiple challenges that will require a stronger dedication to your project to identify and resolve all of them.
